Mindful Yoga
South Nutana Park Community Association Offering
Take time each week to slow down, release stress, and return to your centre.
This class weaves together yoga postures and breath practices with embodiment, compassion and mindfulness. Emphasis is not on touching your toes, but instead on enhancing your capacity to meet your life and feel at home within yourself. This class is appropriate for those new to, and familiar with, yoga. You will be supported and empowered to adapt the class to meet your needs. Please bring a yoga mat, your curiosity, and wear comfy clothing for movement.

Grief Tending
Educational & Experiential
Group Sessions
Be a part of the dream of bringing embodied and communal Grief Tending to this land, Treaty 6, Saskatoon and area.
In these Grief Tending group sessions, you will learn and explore healthy and communal grieving. You will learn about the different sources of grief, many of which are not usually unacknowledged. You will be welcomed to move into touch with your grief as much or little as you choose and are able to. Sometimes we aren’t with grief, we are with numbness and anger, and that too needs tending. You will have an opportunity to express and release some grief.
These first sessions will be on virtual and held on zoom with the plan to shift to more in person group offerings later in the year.
